is a nonprofit organization that aims to empower disadvantaged youth and communities by providing them with learning opportunities that will improve their quality of life.
Based in Glendale, California, we exist to help underprivileged children and communities within the Los Angeles area as well as in third world countries get started on the path to a better future.
Our mission, which is to "Help Others Prosper through Education," takes form in a spectrum of ways, from our arts education in the inner city schools program to our in-service workshops for educators. We collect supplies (clothes, medicine, toys, etc.) and educational materials, provide scholarships to well-deserving students, link Los Angeles to beneficiary schools in third world countries.

Showcase Your Voice at Bring It On! Singing Competition
Open auditioning for a 6-Week Singing Contest “Bring It On at the famous Tatou Theatre in the heart of downtown Los Angeles”, Sept 29 to Nov 03, 2010.
Looking for strong male and female solo singers to enter, the winner will receive $700 to 1,000 cash price plus a spot to perform on ShineOn 3 and many other prizes.
Auditions are happening now for top singers in Hollywood, Los Angeles or surroundings area. Don’t miss your chance to be heard by record labels and talent agents. Through our open singing auditions, The ShineOn “Artists Meet The Industry” will select the top performers for our monthly showcase and possibly offer a record deal. Panelist from previous shows have included representative from major record labels Warner Brothers, AYRE Entertainment, OPFRAN, Reprise Records, Universal Music to medium size record labels A&G Music, X-it Rite Records and many more will be held December 16th this year in Hollywood.
How to Prepare for Singing Auditions! Audition Schedules: Or Daymian
Singers: Please prepare to sing less than two minutes without music that showcases your vocal range and ability in one of the following genres: Pop, R&B, Rock, Country, Broadway, Dance and 70's. No accompaniment will be provided. If you would like sing with a background music you must provide your own CD. If you have a picture and resume you may bring it.

A&G Entertainment Productions (AGEP) is a production house that brings entertainment professionals on the West coast into a new era of innovation. Not only does AGEP create live showcases like "Shine-On," along with its' corresponding singing contest, "Bring-It-On" we also specialized in creating live, Broadway and Las Vegas styled shows, that will be moving all across America. 
Our specialized shows are created in-house with original storylines, that are pre-disposed to music. Then we add the appropriate songs and talent to make the show a musical sensation. We utilize the best professionals in the Entertainment Industry to produce these events, so AGEP is building its' reputation in the Entertainment Industry, as being a leader in its' field.
AGEP strives to entertain its' audiences, but also encourages its' team members to work as a complete unit, putting egos aside and building long-lasting, relationships with a variety of talented artists, performers, chorographers, production managers, writers, creative directors, technical designers and logistics experts.
